What we do with your buy box.

Andy Kairos LLC uses this site to collect a buy box from cash buyers and investors who want off-market property alerts in Broward County, Florida.

Information you submit

If you fill out the buy box form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your agreement to receive deal alerts, and the fact that you can unsubscribe
• An entity or company name, if you provide one
• Target areas and ZIP codes
• Property types, price range, rehab level, and strategy
• How you fund deals, whether you can show proof of funds, how fast you can close, and how many deals you want per month

How we use it

We use this information to decide which off-market properties to send you and to contact you about those properties by email, phone, or text. Each new buy box is also emailed to the business so it can be reviewed.

Where it is stored

Submissions are added as a row in a Google Sheet operated by Andy Kairos LLC, and a notification email is sent to the business. Google hosts that sheet and delivers that mail under its own terms.

Unsubscribe

You can stop deal alerts at any time. Reply to an email or text and ask us to stop, or email andrewdanciu2026@gmail.com. We will stop contacting you about deals after that request.

Selling information

We do not sell your information. We do not publish buyer names or buy box criteria on this site.
